Bottom Line: Fundamentals on Financials is a 2 day workshop for anyone who wants to be prepared to roll up their sleeves and help figure out solutions in the “big budgeting meeting,” but who isn’t from accounting. Taught in plain language, the course also features the option to include your PHA’s budget versus actual reports in our course materials. We will devote a module to Interim PHAS rule.

Covering new topics: including considerations for cost cutting; techniques to isolate bottom line performance; categorizing & prioritizing expenses; explaining YTD variance; PLUS a special module on the Interim PHAS rule.
